About me
My journey into life sciences began over a decade ago during my Pharmacy studies, driven by a simple but powerful motivation: to improve patients’ lives. At first, I imagined this would happen through traditional clinical work. So, my professional journey began at the frontline of patient care supporting individuals directly as a pharmacist and developing a deep appreciation for the clinical realities that shape healthcare decisions. Over time, I realized my path would weave through many different parts of the healthcare and innovation ecosystem.

From Classroom to Clinic
From the Lab to the Market
While completing my degree in Pharmacy, my passion for science—especially neuroscience and translational research—led me to pursue a Master’s in Cognitive Neuroscience. I spent those years working in academic labs and within a neuroradiology department, analyzing clinical data and exploring how research could meaningfully impact real-world scenarios. That period shaped a foundational insight for me: innovation only creates value when it reaches the people who need it, and that requires far more than excellent science.
This understanding pushed me beyond academia and into commercial roles that provided a new perspective on impact. Working as a pharmaceutical sales representative gave me a firsthand view of what it takes to drive adoption within a territory—engaging stakeholders and KOLs, understanding the needs of clinicians and patients, interpreting market signals accurately, and ensuring that a solution truly meets those needs. It was an early lesson in how strategy, communication, and real-world dynamics shape the success of any innovation.
Specializing in Neuroscience
These experiences naturally led me into the world of startups, commercialization, and venture strategy. At Enea Tech Biomedical, I evaluated more than 100 early-stage startups across biotech, pharma, medtech, and digital health, and learned how scientific ideas must be paired with the right market strategy, team, and capital to thrive. Roles at Deloitte Officine Innovazione and Bio4Dreams deepened my expertise in accelerator design, startup guidance, and ecosystem development across multiple countries.
Today, through my independent consulting practice registered in the UK, I bring together the full breadth of my experience—science, strategy, commercialization, sales insight, and ecosystem leadership—to support founders, investors, and innovation teams. My work focuses on venture building, go-to-market strategy, competitive and market analysis, due diligence, and operational design. Whether supporting biotech founders in Europe, medtech teams in Africa, or innovation partners globally, my motivation remains rooted in what first brought me into this field: a commitment to advancing life sciences innovations that make a real difference in people’s lives.
